Shipping and delivery

Our products are 100% handmade to order and produced with great care. Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping. All products are shipped via Royal Mail, upon notification of dispatch please allow 2-3 days for delivery. 

In addition we offer a pick-up service from Hexham Craft Market, at Hexham Abbey. Please note this is a monthly market but we can arrange additional pick-up dates if necessary. Just drop us an email to discuss (chopsandbeardecor@gmail.com).

Refunds and returns

If there is an issue with your order, in the first instance please contact us via email (chopsandbeardecor@gmail.co.uk) and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues.

The products you receive may vary slightly from the product pictures as they are 100% handmade to order. 

Care Instructions

If upon arrival wire is sticking out of the wool cord, please gently pull the cord down to recover the end of the wire.

Please take care handling your item as too much force could bend the product. Avoid rough materials (like Velcro) or sharp objects as this may catch and click the wool.

Our products are not toys and shouldn’t be handled by children. Please keep up high out of reach of little hands at all times.

Taxes

I’m not responsible for any import/duty taxes incurred in your country. My shipping price covers posting your item only. Taxes in your destination country are your responsibility if incurred.
